Noam has been a finance professional since the early 1990’s after graduating Yeshiva University in 1992 with a B.A. in Economics.

 

Alan Cohl  Master Distiller, Co-Founder

Alan is a Harvard-trained licensed Architect and the principal owner of Studio A.C.A. Ltd.: an interdisciplinary Architecture and Interior Design practice founded in 1998, located in Israel. In addition, Alan is a Professor of Architecture at Ariel University and holds degrees in Fine Art and Theater.

Over the past few years, Noam and Alan have followed their passion, training in distilling techniques with some of America’s premier experts,  and holding various tastings in Israel and abroad. Additionally, they have conducted comprehensive feasibility studies related to opening and developing the market in Israel for American – style spirits such as bourbon.
